i happened to be thinking that day, then it dawned on me.

LIFE IS REALLY IRONIC!!

there must be someone pulling our legs here.

well, for example, we say...

love is irreplaceable. but usually the person we want most is unavailable, and we replace them with someone else.

god blesses the good hearted. but usually those who are good hearted die early, while those evil guys tend to hang out for a couple of centuries. (do you watch movies??)

poor people are blessed in their afterlives. yet the rich get buried in grand funerals and crowds approach them to send them off, while the poor MIGHT get buried god-knows-where if they're lucky.

dogs are mens' best friends. guess what?? we eat them.

jangan buang sampah di sini. we humans tend to throw even more rubbish at places with signs like i just mentioned.

this one i got from somewhere else : we ignore the ones that adore us, adore the ones that ignore us; love the ones that hurt us, and hurt the ones that love us. =)

life has a funny way of sneaking up on you, just when everything is brilliant and the sun is shining in the sky;

every once in a while, i get these bouts of depressions.

i think about the future, and i start thinking..what am i here for??

i only see a huge, gaping, black hole.

nothing's there.

not even pain, sadness, jealousy or anything of that sort.

just nothing.

don't get me started on death.

some call it, "sleeping to wake up with God."

others, "eternal sleep."

but me?? i think further.

what is there to do after?? after waking up with God, is there anything else i can do??? or just spend my days (if there are still days) leisurely..and over there no death exists.

so i don't even have death to wait for. to me, this is more scary than death itself.

i dream about escaping, running away from people.

i dream about outer space, flying away from everything itself.

for dinner we had a very, quoting florence, our guest, "ang mo" dinner.

anyway~i BRAVED the crowds to go to midvalley with my dude (and also with levin, my small bro in tow, but i dont count him Xp)

pagi pagi dah banyak orang beratur beli ticket movie x.x good thing i got there early and we got to see PRINCESS AND THE FROG and AVATAR!!!

then we collected my sistah (<3!!yeah,>

-.-") and went to MANHATTAN'S FISH MARKET to have lunch. at first the competition was between nando's and manhattan's (chicken vs. fish) but im proud to tell you that the fish won!! sue zai would be glad =)

end verdict: fish & co. is better Xp

am proud to say my dude did wonderfully with lunch with the family (sister and levin)~oh i mean he held up well being bullied ferociously by us three instead of the usual me =)

at the end like he said "one is just nice, two is alot and three is just too much Xp" meaning us the ngui's lah =)

also i received one of my first few presents for christmas from JOESPH and my dude lah of course ^^

dont ask me why cuz im not saying why joseph gave me these books Xp

lets just say i have a little trouble finding directions =)

couldn't wait for midnight to tear off the ribbon!!!

by 6pm we were more than ready to get our backsides back home (my feet was KILLING me!!)

and we got sexually harassed by a lil girl at the ktm station XP she kept kissing my sister's hand and staring at awe at her shocking pink fingernails Xp (i personally think she got mistaken for the girl's mummy~I KNEW IT!! my sister looks like an aunty..HAHAHAHAHAH)

i finally found "HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS" BY DR SUESS for joseph!!! it was the one and only copy in mph at midvalley!!! @.@ unbelievable right?? clever ol' me just clicked on the comp available there then asked one lady to find for me. well, they get paid to do stuff right?? i'm actually HELPING them to earn their wages!! better than sitting idly waiting for their "gaji" to "mari". HAHA!! (that's my motto~) it was sitting in the CHILDREN'S SECTION. nice one, jo. Xp

one christmas present down..and errrr..2, 3, 4, 5, 6 plus plus-will-not-count-the-exact-number-in-case-of-serious-heartattack x.x i think i'll just save money and DIY then make ppl cry in front of me~touching and cheap!!!HAHAHAHAA!

oh the whole point of this blog was to talk about christmas Xp

anyway, i realized that the little bird chatting with me for the whole day is correct.

christmas isn't about presents, the christmas tree, the turkey, the carolling, the shopping.

in fact, without all these, christmas would still come!!

it doesn't need all the wrappers and ribbons,

it doesn't come bought and ready made in stores,

it doesn't need stuffings and candies,

all it needs is...THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT!!!

christmas isn't about giving presents~it's definitely not about comparing who got the best and the most gifts~it isn't about competing to see who gave the best and the most presents~AND it isn't the fastest and best way to get popular quickly lah my dears~

it isn't about commercializing this festival into an all-out competition of all sorts~christmas is DEFINITELY more than that. getting into the off road once in a while, im glad i came to just in time for christmas =)

SCHOOL'S OUT!! or should i say, COLLEGE'S OUT!! hahah.

i find it hard to get used to college terms lah. for example,

1. school = college

2. homework = asignment

3. teacher = lecturer

hahhaha~i jus cant get used to it~anyway..last day of sem (16th of december) we had a year end gathering at jeremy's old apartment to celebrate the end of the year~ntg much lah~just ice-cream, dinner, swimming then chatting and playing games that as usual mr. james cant tahan =)

anyway after sleeping at 4 am plus and waking up for dim sum each of us left for our own destinations-

phew~another week gone up in ashes =)

life can be really sweet and peaceful and nice-going then suddenly it gets rebellious and shoots you in the eye.

the past week was quite stressful (not really but then considering what had to be done and what was done..hmmm~it can be awarded "stressful" =))

there was two presentations~one for computer class which was quite simple and easy~we talked about facebook syndrome, the symptoms, causes and how t prevent it~which was quite ironic considering we ourselves (me, fiona, sue and kasie..well, maybe not sue) spend more time on facebook than at any other websites =)~ now joseph just cant let go of it cuz we criticized ppl who say goodnight to facebook everynight (COINCIDENTALLY, him)~ahhahahaa!! now he says goodnight more often to annoy me i guess Xp

next. the cultural one *sigh sigh sigh* so stressful~we had to give a 45 min presentation on china ><

which brought on discussion meetings which included food, chatting and gossiping Xp

sue's cooking was superb and guess what we ate out of tupperwares Xp.

another cool place to eat was noodle dynasty around sunway damansara =)

errr..some kindof secret recipe~

needless to say, the presentation was a success!!! (of course lah~) and then we headed to curve to enjoy. =)
